The Elements

The Elements

A Poem by Robin M. Isle

Sticks and stones,

dirt beneath my feet.

Mother Earth provides

a foundation strong and concrete.

Tree limbs swaying,

wind in my hair.

The scent of honeysuckle

in the air.

Fire that warms

with a glow.

And towards the Sun

everything grows.

Water to cleanse

refresh and make anew.

The Elements of Life

God gave to surround You.
