Boston, We'll Remember

Boston, We'll Remember

A Poem by Robin
"

An honor to the ones who are hurting in Boston.

"
Blackened streets meant for joy
The runners went to play
Never saw this to be
A darkened sort of day

Who does such an evil
To people in their prime
Who only wished to run
that's really not a crime

Ol Boston we'll remember
The day we can't abate
When horror touched your streets
And lives were snatched away

Why do things like this happen to the most innocent people? You go to school (Conneticut). You get shot. You go to watch a movie. You get shot. You go run. You get BOMBED. On earth. People need help. Anyways, your rhyming was great, except for "abate" and "away". Those are near rhymes. But otherwise your poem is fine. This the first of your works I have read, and I know I'll be reading more. Let's all pray for Boston.
