Uprising

Uprising

A Poem by Robert Bean

Uprising

sitting and giving away control
feeling you express yourself
whisking my breath from my body
muscles straining with pleasure
fingers tangled in tresses of silk
damp hot heat envelops me
tender and forceful, shameless
in skill and intent
weak in the knees and resolve
flickering touches with gasps
erupting from my mouth
as I surrender to you
and my uprising
