I leap for joy to be a walk between a leaf

I leap for joy to be a walk between a leaf

A Poem by Robert Robbie Lord Dudley

a walk between a leaf from above and beneath to have

a burst a gust of wind to lay my hands on out on the limb up in clouds

O' the pencil floats on to attain the dream unthinkable heights swaying

dancing with my heart O' soil and toil will always encourage us as in the sand

daring in the seed caring in the lightning straight brances reaching in the rain

i leap with the blossoms about us as the day compels i still can tell how

clearing out leaves are a calling leaves are a falling

down the side of the road on the paths through the trails

up the streams along the streets a walk about the town wow only now here

i can still see to signify a feeling felt in a crystal clear garden

a free day oh what the day compels i still can tell how

clearing out leaves are a calling leaves are a falling

the joy is obvious it's so real most of the time or is atleast ideal

in the moment a new weird morning is dawning is shining of must then is lost

in the wind and going may appear to turn in the mind strange

as the truth in someplace wonderful where else in the mist in the time

in what wave in the eyes is way better real gone so fast passing by

i know it existed before i lose it i don't have to find it

i know it existed i found it is still apart of us always forever

in the poem if ever to remember or not at all falling strangely over me

in the pockets of dreams and memories of pieces that don't quite fit

and spent it on the sunset all spun around about and away

by my hands lost in senses and found somewhere beautiful to get

lost in where else in alone time in the ocean mist in the eyes

in the moment soaring in the head looking on and real gone so fast

that is indeed those waves beholding things found i still can tell how

clearing out leaves are a calling leaves are a falling

amongst here and there under feet and overhead left'd

uncompleted a bit off a bit on a bit lift'd just from climbing down

a walk between each leaf because above and below to have

a burst a gust of wind to lay my hands on out on the limb on the feelings

O' the pencil floats on to attain them a dream that seem

unattainably high at first beautiful peaceful to go get lost in working hard

ready start out rough O' what the day compels i still can tell how

clearing out leaves are a calling leaves are a falling on this happiness

island carrying little pain and heartbrake explains what beholds disappears goes

understand beyond yields forth from the mind a dream is blind in alone time

but the kind that won't ever end to stay for still expresses away as i am

where-ever i am love and memory gave another rose in the snow i walk

on to generate it i can make it bright like tomorrow today the sun is out

tomorrow will remain move me good in the grove to live before i leave

where do i go from here down around the lake rainy

watercolors to sit there it might be getting

better of lately a path a tree by lightning got split through it

see it grows new leaves is bright green again on broken hill i leap for joy to be

a walk between a leaf oh how i will come down and go O' to stay there

O' how real gone it felt to me who knows who lingers still there hi and bye

my muse my angel by the spectacular fire the sunrise i can't discribe it

it cries cries cries memories to somewhere in hopes that first leaf

to last leaf forever gives i leap for joy to be a walk between

each leaf to have a burst a gust of wind i leap for joy to be for joy to be

a walk between a leaf what the day compels i still can tell how

clearing out leaves are a calling leaves are a falling
