I Rather Be Swimmingly in The Wetness

I Rather Be Swimmingly in The Wetness

A Poem by Robert Robbie Lord Dudley

slow time slow touches swept by the breezes

few words many walks kisses on messages

will long flow slow releases increases bright together

yes in our sudden moments are running off

made to be a broken melody eases

within the swell of going up and moving down

what i want and known so long

somewhere having for something higher

to amount there in choppy steps

and i can take in what is next

and i ask in haste of a moment taking of a moment

now is the name of everything

i want to say, oh, come what may someday

maybe still 'til then, oh, well never can tell

have to dream for something

howeverso it goes i will not panic, oh, so

enthused is i rather be swimmingly in the wetness

what is normal in anyways in edgeways

the feel good bliss is happiness ending up

holding close what is dear to me

in someways leaves in surprises of what to be

have a deep sigh awaiting is the sea of a fine net

for you and me so strangely soft

maybe flying all the way off for wow zone out in

deep space shinning though alone becoming a star

lips make one pair eventually

we both will come up for air

something fades a shade of colors on the ledge

of sunset where everything goes we go

as we breathe in the change a new breeze

what happens next in a world

not all our own is there let's stay awhile

enough time to brake away from

before the heartbraking dawn finds us here

how can i narrow it down close enough

now on why i'm even writing this stay foolish stuff

over this passage of time of years

did you hear my song underneath my poem

only you know so kind, only you know so good

only you know i am misunderstood

on the journey of trust the way

what we fear love must surface something beautiful

brains fluttering about at the night

like the moth, here, remembers back

oh, so impossible, oh, so wild about

but we got our needs seems nearly pure

never been really that tamed

now is the name of everthing

yes i do my best and i can take in

in my mind i am through the worse part

am out of it doesn't matter within force i ran across

before looking the only thing herein deep

i much rather be is swimmingly in the wetness

of the feel good bliss is happiness

my dearest to me here is a little something

what is this so exciting you might dig it

midnight, chocolate and poetry

and flowers pretty bright red and glad about

so again all is not ever said to clear

the mind up on how can the heart help

on how in thoughts tender so float onboard

on how the clouds are all growing from

within the wind within the mane

simply we are wet in a dream

disentangled confusion, oh, wise and yet the same

yawp i am the wild one i am always useing

my imagination not that much here

i sense within good smart stuff more

out of being touch'd within my heart

i suddenly let go though i want to keep

somewhere i most want to be

is i rather be swimmingly in the wetness

the feel good bliss is happiness

is on our path is in our walks and is in our kisses

feeling our spirits i gotta sometimes

hold back and watch wandering about

in my words i move around

on little clouds that fly pass the sun

it is a very nice day isn't it

on the foot on the wheel let's go real far

before anyone knows where we are

i hope real life will be good
