Darkness the Endless Embracing of Emptiness

Darkness the Endless Embracing of Emptiness

A Poem by Robert Robbie Lord Dudley

alone unrested and running headlong

into the night

one too far gone

it's like a white light beaming through

a darken tomb

a darken room

one feeling life love

traversed and warped in a dark place

broken and used

like a worn down floor

making a hole in a wall

lone and refused

lost and confused

what's there to do now

we will all mix well and attend again

the empty little window

while the leaves pressed

were looking

broad and wet

a white light

bit of bright light

graces your face in this place

of a-loneliness has

separated us out

darkness the endless

embracing of emptiness

it's slowly building a wall and a floor

in your Heavenly sight

stone by stone you're all alone

with tads of light

darkness taking too much

one outta touch

but between us we're

feeling up sparked up

by a-little hug

at the falling of the dark

to your heart

the coal black hours stay in delay

another day so far away

you fall and fade

another shade thicker

a white light

a bit of bright light

graces your face in this place

of a-loneliness has

separated out

darkness the endless

embracing of emptiness

the stars were all out

so bright thou

shadow will excel

so hid us both

electricity
