Spring is Grand and at Hand and Soonest we can

Spring is Grand and at Hand and Soonest we can

A Poem by Robert Robbie Lord Dudley

Spring is grand and at hand and soon we can

remove that some time, replace some kinda late

to find calm and stillness floating long on the waves

constant moves flying through the ideal times

feels so fully free and at peace this

along the sand and under the sunshine so clear

I am longing to be obscure to rise

in a sunny place smiling at your sunburnt face

Summer has drawn on fire so near, O' dear love

forever so is into shorts we go where no one cares

or even notices us where as is, is,

in our little space and flying through air cool

and moments feel so fully free

and at peace what was before

and ever since Spring is grand

and at hand and soonest we can garden bless'd
