W***e Briefcase

W***e Briefcase

A Poem by Rosemary Diane Lucero
"

This is about some reflection on greed and the understanding of the supposed and potentially bad.

"

My w***e briefcase lets me fit in
It is there for me to open and disguise
A plague of matrimony and a tooth for saving
And some pills inside that I am craving
My morality hides with the people in my mouth
The ones from when I was little that were so wise
It is never far behind rearing its voice for me
Do the real pigs feel this way?
Do they know the w***e that is their greed?
Do they greet their w***e with open arms?
Do they love their w***e briefcase?
The w***e briefcase tells lies like truth.
I am such a good liar when I don' know you.
I am such a liar to myself when I know the truth.
Was that a valid trick or a valor trick?
My w***e briefcase gets so confused!
It wants to feel all my thoughts!
A w***e briefcase cannot ever be smarter!
But you must know it is always stronger!

Well. I love It really opens up so many thoughts for me on acceptance of ones nature and the choices of symbolism are really strong.
