Death, from the Heart

Death, from the Heart

A Poem by Rachel
"

such sweet sorrow........

"

My love,

           my only,

                      my absolute.

The only thing I have,

                      the one thing I've lost.

They say it isn't true,

they say I can't love you.

And yet I do,

                      I do.

My hopes,

           my fears,

                      my life.

The only thing I cherish,

the one thing I shouldn't have.

They say you can't be good,

they warn not to get close.

And yet I do,

                      I do.

My pain,

           my torture,

                       my death.

The only thing that stabs,

the one thing that kills me.

They say it's a crime,

                      they cry out don't die.

And yet I do,

                      I do.

Well I don't know why but the name "I DO" sounds like it might work or maybe. something like "My decision" or "decisions"
