Oath to a Book

Oath to a Book

A Poem by R.J. Seoul
"

The first entry into my journal

"

How can I be forgiven for desecrating the beauty of a blank page?
My incomplete thoughts bring calamity to the clarity it once held.
Yet I continue. Why?
With the hope that the confusion of my words will with its simplicity will unite,
And bring others to a time when they believed in a world balanced on trust;
A world without the effects of reality.
If I can transform this page into a passageway;
Make it carry this world through the incomplete thoughts.
Then I will regain forgiveness;
 Then I will write without shame.

Truth and observation is never and easy thought process to consign to memory or page, or indeed computer memory. Well done, i feel remembrance is key, and I've commit it some what to memory!

What an insite! and true.

It can be such a trial building that bridge between incomplete thoughts and the will of words into their true form... *ahh* how many pages do we desecrate!

In the end, you are forgiven. because this thought, in-and-of-itself, is so awesome. and so well written!
