   Loving Shepherd

   You are,

   the loving Shepherd.

   You are my strength,

   and my hope.

   You are,

   the reason I'm okay,

   in the storms that come.

   You calm them,

   and help me to stand.

   I step behind you,

   as we walk along this road,

   step by step.

   You are,

   the one I follow,

   You are,

   ahead of me,

   in this life.

   Every step I take,

   You are there,

   holding my hand,

   and leading, and guiding my life.

   You are my loving Shepherd,

   Jesus.

   And that will never change,

   You always will be.
