Pain

The heart ache that tears away at your smile little by little

In the overwhelming sense of irrational disgust at the breath you breathe

And the thoughts that come into you’re mind causing pressure like you’re holding your breath

Every bit of pain you have ever felt stretches its way around your neck

Choking the life out of you that you don’t even have

Holding you up by the single piece of consciousness you have left 

Trying to snap yourself to be able to do what you don’t have the guts to

Leave the pain and the world behind

Knowing that burning in hell would be better than watching heaven fall apart.

Perspective Poem they never Leave me alone.

Your lines are painful to read. To show disgust for yourself is a sad burden. It may take a long time but you should learn to love yourself. Until you can do that, you won't be able to love others. Burning in hell is never the solution. Your lines convey your feelings and they are hard hitting.
