Still Water

Still Water

A Poem by rishi
"

We are not what we think we are, the delusions of the mind ceases when we become aware of our own true spirit, then life flows as an endless joy of love..

"

The sun dims it's glimmering face on the surface of the still river water,
The orange plays to the reflection of the sun silently,
The runaway hooligan ponders gazing at the twinkling still water,
As he stares up to the sky for a hint,
The sun rays assaults the eyes merciless,
Each pebble thrown into the still water, he disrupts the reflection,
"Oh runaway hooligan, stop the ripples, you are not this," the heart spoke a language,
He looks deeply into his own clear reflection on the surface of still water,

The delusion breaks in silence,
Now he is nameless, He whom was a runaway hooligan dives into the flowing river,
Alike the water flows, He becomes the endless love...
