Letting It Go By Chrsitopher Ross Livingstone

More than a week since has passed

September gave way to October.

Feeling the air as the chapters turned

Here I am in sensation

Feeling on as I am in reflection

Calling back

Sensitive to days gone past

Where I was on this day last year?

Remembering the touch and go

On this day the rain echoes my tears

In hope prays we had your flame a little longer

Holding a hand that nurtured mine from infant to adulthood

No way in preparation can you be prepared

What a year?

Changes echo on

Learning to live on

My heart feels on

Nature blesses a heart

Teaches a soul

As mother nature performs her magic

I’m surrendering into the wind

Letting it go

Falling leaves in the fall of autumn

So must my thoughts

The days from time gone by

memories drift on like a breeze in the letting it go

Surrendering away from pain to where an eternal flame burn

The healing ignites
