A Poem by Christopher Ross Livingstone

Scatter By Christopher Ross Livingstone
Time I felt stood stiil.
Upon the cliff edge in sight I saw the vast sea.
This was six months on from the day you let go.
I felt within like time and space was held in an instant.
I knew I was pursuing a shoreline towards healing,
from a space that felt numb but yet so raw.
I was on the edge.
Like a cusp between two states of emotional dimensions
In unision I began to offer and scatter,
emotions and thoughts that didn't seve me well unto surrendering
The sea in my sights washed over me as I shed those tears
