Sands of time By Christopher Ross Livingstone

Sands of time By Christopher Ross Livingstone

A Poem by Christopher Ross Livingstone

Sands Of Time By Christopher Ross Livingstone
Walking along the shoreline,
the ocean's water vast and greta invite to take solitude.
Heart echoes the love I have
footprints in the sand are washed out to sea.
Memories I have of you ripples in and out,
just like the waves and the shore of the greatness of the deep blue sea.
I feel the pain inside must come and go,
tears of love and loss drop along the shore line
Footprints feel like memories,
often I think what if I forget?
All those times and memories shared,
experiences life like the ripples in the watter,
The Sands of time can never be repeated.
only if it could,
I ask just to see you one last time
Walking along the shoreline,
I come to the realisation that love is vast and that is where I feel you
so how can you ever be lost to me?
