Sun and the moon

Sun and the moon

A Poem by Christopher Ross Livingstone

Sun and moon By Christopher Ross Livingstone
To the moon and back,
a mother's love had no conditions.
The sun and the moon,
a story often never told.
I feel the echo in the seasons,
mother nature and her touch.
Each and every day,
turning over through the sun and the moon.

Forty three years ago on this day,
birth gave to me life
In deep love and solitde,
reflections to the connection to my maternal.
I write with deep appreciation,
and expressions taking me on to heal.
What a jouney in these passing of the pages,
months turning over it's seasonal changes.
In the light of sun and the moon,
you realise that without feeling pain the how can you know love?

Like the sun and the moon,
Her love lives on in me.
The foreces of nature,
so stromg and alight.
Taking these fetsteps,
 beating my heart ever more.
I take pride in what she gave,
and each day my light flickers like the candle I light.
Under the light of the sun and moon,
Love is unconditional
