Sensitive

Sensitive

A Poem by Christopher Ross Livingstone

Sensitivity By Christopher Ross Livingstone
The moment I awoke into the world,
A heart given a life by my maternal light
I soon discovered a sensitiveity within
In these echoes of disciveries I felt an intuition
Like a promise to myself that would guide me forward
But like many others I beacame disingenuous to my inner heart
Going and growing through life,
The world and its  conditioned systems tries to quash our inner traits
I've been told that I'm too much of this or that
But reflecting from pen to paper came a message from the heart
Dancing via hadwritten pen lines
Page to page feelings and expression arose once more
Many walk along the road of appology for existing
I make no apologies about my intuition
My lived experiences have given me an intention to reconnect to become aware t
Seeking deeper to the roots of my sensitiveity and authenticity
I further surrender into awakening

I really enjoyed reading your poem Christopher. There is a lot of passion and emotion behind the words. Though I would quibble a bit with some of the writing errors in this fine poem. Take pride in your writing and try to edit best you can when submitting your art. I know at times it's a pain but if you don't care than no one else will, and you write too good to be ignored my friend. This is a strong piece that really speaks to me. Good job and keep on writing.
