Silence

Silence

A Poem by Christopher Ross Livingstone

Silence By Chritopher Ross Livingstone
The turn of every season in the wise ages of each year
In years of experience granted to me maturity
The realisation came after an anxious heart
Fluttering lhrough the waves of emotional motion
I stand to stop and to take notice
What I crave is silence
Silence in sentivity
The times and the toll of it
Deep in the heart
Silence in the space I hold
To let go of the magnitude
Silence to know the healing nature

Silence is sacred to reclaim all that is lost
Holding it and seeking the time expereince
Despite the senstations
Emotions of an anxious heart and a wide open wound
Silence is a powerful as I see and feel my healing
To bringme forth to appreciate another day
