In regrets

In regrets

A Poem by Christopher Ross Livingstone

In Regrets By Christopher Ross Livingstone
The passage of time
Like the great unknowing
How longs is that piece of string?
We can#t measure the time we have
Life is a vast and wonderous but can leave you in regrets
So how did I not know?
That these times wouldn't last.
It's the realisation
You come to see
Ripples upon the dash of a pebble
The moments you remember
Swelling of echoes past
Grief in the human experience questions
What more could I have done?
In regrets
Process steers you clear
Beyond the emotioal planes of pain
In knowing what you did
A space called love
Compassion deep
You were called
And you crossed over
Maybe not your time
But who are we to know the passage of time
Because it's never to late to say I love you
