How am I?

How am I?

A Poem by Christopher Ross Livingstone
"

Feeling to expressions

"
I sit here to check in
As I do, I sense and feel and I begin to ask
How am I?

I ask myself
How do I feel?
Am I tense or strained or at ease?
As I check in
I feel with certainty and honesty
How do I feel?

I check in with care and patience
And I make discoveries each time
By asking myself
How am I?

I sense into the physical, the emotional and to the mental spheres
I give each part of me time to talk, to express
And as I take note of each time I ask myself
How am I today?

Today
I feel at home and at ease with peace
How are you today?

Self talking lets us know a lot about ourselves and our feelings.
And it's good to know you're feeling good at home :)
