Imperfection is Perfect

To simply be human.

 

He is not perfect

That is why he is perfect

Imperfection is perfection

His strange attitude

His loudness

To accidentally fart

He breaks

He cries and laughs

He falls and gets hurt

He hides how he truly feels

He truly tries

I fall I burp

I break and it is hard to heal

I am beautiful

I am simply imperfect

I yell I have a temper

I get lazy I over think

I fall harder when I see I fall

I am imperfect

That is why I am perfect

You stay on the computer

When you could do something better

You continue to read

Even though you need to do something

Do something you procrastinate on

You are imperfect

You are perfect because you are imperfect

I love him because he is human

I love me because I am honest

I love you because imperfection is beautiful

The imperfections make you perfect

Beautiful.. Very very very beautiful.
Simply perfect!
Reminded me of my writing,
"we all are perfect, just ignore what we don't have and what we can't do! "
however i wrote it in the general sense of loving all, you made it much more soulful.

This is great! I loved the message you wrote about. It is too bad people just can't love who they are. Very good poem! This should be read to children. I know the ones I work with could use this message told to them by someone other than me. Great work!

I loved this. It's so true in relationships, when you love someone you totally except their flaws and you realize that the person, no matter if they fart, or act silly around you, they are nothing but perfect for you in their own way. I feel the same way about my boyfriend. And I had no prob ignoring the imperfections, since to me there wasn't any. :) Keep up the good work.
