Say Goodbye

Poem about what a close friend was more or less going through.

Take a breath and hold it in,

Start a fight,

You won't win.

I've had enough, lets begin.

Nevermind, do you care?

All in all, you were so good.

You would cry like you should.

Will you let it go, if you could?

Did love die in the end?

Now you've turned this tide on me,

Were you always so unkind behind it all?

I will always be here, for the rest of my life.

Here we go,

Will it hurt?

Say goodbye to our Earth,

I am not beyond doubt.

Come to my life, it gets worse.

You'll be gone when I fall.

Don't carry me under,

Is this so hopeless?

I'm the one you left behind.

Just take a breath and say goodbye.
