It has a very deep meaning I must say.
A memory that is slowly fading away even though it is framed. It has now earned its right to set free for better or worse.
Quite a intriguing thought you have here

Vivid pictures- when the memories are too hard to keep in frames.
It reminds me of when I found my parents wedding picture in my grandmother's nightstand after she died.
They had divorced- and it couldn't be on the wall anymore- but it still was in her heart.

The frames hang in a state of melancholy, because they are empty of the photos of the ones we love, and which the frames long to hold.
A brilliant use of metaphor here, Dan. Even the walls cry at the loss of the photographs. Such depth of sadness in such a short form of writing. A senryu needs to really stand out, given its short structure, to make an impact on the reader, and i believe you have hit the mark in that regard with this one.
Well written, as always. Take care, and go easy on the chocolate bunnies!
