I am writing this to register a

Pompous confession.

How life requests my intellect

To say or stumble not.

               The upward inclination of so,

               So many flighty dreams…

               You know, they end before conclusions

               Bleed away.

The end of this litany, awkward as it is

Can illustrate more than I say.

A picture means a lot more than a

Shadow of a sight, a wish to blow

The jagged winds away

Very interesting write Dan, to me, this could mean many things and I think that's the beauty of your work. While you may write it with a specific idea in mind, the reader could come away with a different message which makes them reflect upon themselves.

the jagged winds blow dreams away....and often we almost get there but not quite...yes, they end before conclusions...a sad reality...but we keep dreaming anyway.
