Prologue

 

I smile. Even though I’m tired, I smile. These words are kept on rewinding inside my head to remind me to smile and not to cry in front of him and his girl. Today, I’m preparing a perfect date for my love. Even though it’s perfect, for me, it’s not because it’s for him and to his future girlfriend. Yup! I prepared a date for him and to his girl just like giving money to a thief. Stupid much of myself? But for me, it’s the right thing to do because letting go is a must because that’s love and I can’t change it. And I really want to give him happiness because that’s the only thing I can do even though I’m not with him. I take a deep breathe and smiled but inside, I’m crying.

He waved at me while talking with her. I waved back and I notice his smile. His smile is so shiny. It really means he’s really happy with her. At least I made him smile. I notice them two while talking to each other. They’re perfect to each other compared to us.
