TwoDayA Poem by Antonio Valentino
Two Day
A day without you are just minutes that are homeless.
Or a sun that paints darkness on trees in the windfalls, swaying with season for not any reason, but reaching up high to scratch eyes, out of heaven.
What is duration, but allotment of interval this time, it goes on, without nod nor permission, ungracious in its arrogance benevolent like moment, it steals our allowance of while and rapture.
The beginning, a threshold that drank from the outcome the swift of the swallows this maiden conception, a shrill made of silence that leapt from the inkling, sirens seductress of supple coition.
My words are the breaths that I take when your absent the blood is a river that flows from our past.
Your touch is the aura that lightens the blindness within every memory, my shadow has cast.
I hope that one day I can stop writing wishes and finally, live in a love poem with you.
Whenever I leave you my heart it starts dying, today I saw heaven, inside of your eyes.
