emily surrounded by a field of stars (a poem dedicated to emily dickinson)

A Poem by Richard Lane

streaming out from the pools
flowing forever with beams of
light shining upon the river
of emotions
and do you
take for granted the stars that sparkle as if they
had started out only yesterday but
are so old that time itself
was even a frame of thought of yet
and there is nothing
else to say but good morning and
hello again before
we step outside
and walk under the sun

They do indeed, the stars, they sparkle as if brand new, young and eager to be noticed.

Time itself was even a frame of thought of yet. Intriguing sentence which I do not quite get fully?
