in a cherry coloured-funk moment 
even though the

rain is set to pour outside

and the sky is grey

to be even more specific

nice mid-early 1980s cutlural reffs.... i remember considering the cocteau twins as super sophisticated when I was growing up, the ultimate name dropper's band played exclusively by the higher brow dj's of bbc radio one....brings back some obsucre memories, thanks.
