Mum and Gareth's WeddingA Poem by Rich AlloFor the wedding of my Mum and Stepdad on 3rd November 2015...Now you’re united, Now you’re bound, Pulses in sync, Wholehearted hearts pound. You’ve taken the plunge, You’ve plighted your troth, You’ve ridden the waves, Though rested in the trough. Now, striding the aisle, Ignites every smile, To welcome such grace, And dear laughter awhile. Such souls on same wavelengths, Such souls on the same pew, The delight and such feeling, At the bonding of you. You’ve knitted your emotions, And allied your blood, You’ve merged in the specialness, So how you can treasure this. Forever and ever, Forever more.
