Distant Star

A poem about my desperation for meeting and getting to know Zayn Malik... 1D fans will understand... Peace!

You're like a distant star

Even though you're an inch away

Yes, I can see you and kiss you

But you don't know, and I can't make you stay

 

There's a wall of glass between us

And processers and metals and wires

You don't even know if I exist

So that puts me in the line of the criers

 

There are a million girls out there

You can pick anyone you wish

They squeal in delight when they see you

While I daydream about a kiss

 

Oceans and countries between us

You're definitely out of reach

While I'm over here thinking about you

You must be with you girlfriend at the beach

 

So I'm just waiting for the time

When I can catch a glimpse of you at least

But I hope I just don't die when I do

Because when I see you, my heart skips a beat

 

You look great in every outfit

And your hair, don't ever dye it gold

Just remember that in my heart

Your voice will never ever get old

 

Whenever I listen to your voice

I let go of troubles and pains

I really can't count the flying kisses

Because, well I love you Zayn!

 

This really might be my worse poem

But who cares? As long as it's about you

You really do make my head spin round

Trust me, you really, really do

 

 

Author's Note

Something's happened to me. I've been listening to 1D songs, and watching Zayn and Harry since the minute I've woken up. I really, really love Zayn, and Harry's on the same rank, but I still love Zayn a wee bit more! :P So, 've seen people write stories about these guys. I decided to do a poem! :P

In the first two stanzas, the distance I'm talking about, and also the wall of glass, its actually the screen of the laptop, and I think you get the processors and wires and stuff. I'm trying to say, that I can see you through the laptop and admire you, but I can never really get to you.

I love 1D (And Zayn too, of course!)
