The Firefly

Like the smile of a friend

You light up the dark

On a sheet of black

You are the only spark

You are left unnoticed

By many who pass by

You are left unheard

Whenever you  cry

But you, you are beautiful

You twinkle at night

And I forget my fear

When I see your comforting light

I love this. the Imaging of the fire fly is great. Like a friend of light. Even if it is little it brings joy. Just like people really. We might be one person, but we bring others joy, even if we don't know it.

It's very symbolic, as you use the firefly and the sparkling light,
as the light of your friend, really loved the meaning of this.
