Memorial Day

Memorial Day

A Poem by Rhea752

Remember the voices that have been silenced
Because of unwanted violence

Speak for them, since they no longer can
They fought for our lives with a battle plan

Be grateful, and don't ever forget
For we are now forever in their debt

Thank you :)
Nicely said. Something about 'unwanted violence' seems off, especially the more I think about it. And of course, I would like to have read some more... Still nicely said. Thank you for sharing this with me.
