Not Good Enough

Scraps of paper 

Float in the air 

Elongated fingers 

Shredding every piece in sight 

Flinging the words 

Far away from her 

She wants to cry 

But somehow can't 

She wants to scream 

But is too afraid 

She is nothing 

Because nothing she does 

Is ever good enough 

She is not good enough 

She'll never be good enough 

I'll never be good enough 

This poem isn't even good enough

I will not comment on the content as I have already said, everything sad and dark is my type, but I will tell you that I think the only thing missing from this poem is a 'be' at line I'll never good enough
I guess it should read I'll never BE good enough

Unfortunately I think everyone knows how this feels. It's time to ask yourself who you're not good enough for. And why you want to be good enough to them. You're most likely trying to impress the wrong person.
