Pitch black

can't see

staring in the dark

nothing to look at 

so my mind wonders

goes to the past

pain and torture

pitch black

can't see

staring in the dark

hearing things

tick tick tick

things are moving

it touches me

pitch black 

can't see

staring in the dark

it is gone

 can't see

feel

    or breathe
