Despair

Despair

A Poem by Nick Reynolds
"

Tetracyts written in school, but not for school, of course not!

"
Where
are you?
Why have you
gone away now?
You left me and aren't coming back here.
Your absence has left me empty but clear.
My mind became
an open
door to
love.

Hate.
Sadness.
Emptiness.
The low lament
of insufferable grief and despair.
I remember your face and I don't care,
the tears roll down
my sunken
cheeks and
fall.
