Crimson Winter of an Arctic Summer

Crimson Winter of an Arctic Summer

A Poem by Cahjli Symes

Your blades on my throat
Tends to cut deep through skin
As you refuse to not reuse
And use me again

I'm so sick of the s**t
I don't want all off this
You insist
Yet I'm always standing by your side

All you do is lie
And gut me inside
As you want me to hang
And I walked til my feet bleed

You bring me to darkness
As you shut the lights
And the party smash the bulbs to cut me

Within this blood orgy
You can say you don't trust me,
Once my blood is put out
You pour salt as I shout.

Not a care in a world
If I'm tied, forced to burn
As with pain comes the truth
I will never trust you.

Red.
