Unparagoned

Unparagoned

A Poem by Cahjli Symes

Two years ago today, he almost made the past an entity
As if she was his destiny
As he walk down these halls
The feelings of bloodshot anxiety
Came on to him
As if he can never go back
Deflowered within the lost of innocence
He became victim of the guilty
But as every species evolves over time
And all our minds go to waste on intoxication
Making fantasy the reality
no more.
Struggling not to drown within
the phantom of lies
In which was left to deceit thee
He cuts out the past
to layout the future
In which one seek
In a world so dark
And empty.
