Americana Blue Jeans 2099

A Poem by Cahjli Symes

I walk this road
A lonely soul
Spit in my face
My heart embrace

A cold lone wolf
An empty field
As was reveal
Kept concealed

A heart in a box
Ripped to shreds
The more he trust
The more he bled

Wanting to flee
They left him be
Left in the dark
Alone from the start

They stripe his hide
And thought he was blind
They wear his flesh
Til he's something less.
