Days of Future Past

Days of Future Past

A Poem by Cahjli Symes
"

Is it a happy one? ^¤^

"
What is God to a man, who was damned to the subjection
of his own peers?

Within the years
Of the five mile walks
Every day we talked
But now you ignore me

That's one thing

But ditching me for
The others
Your "brothers"
Your "boys" who toy
Around with your head but really want you for dead

Animosity and pseudo kindness
Is what they present

The preps, the wanna be hipsters
You fall for the s***s
Who aren't so much
And you judge me
On my depression?

Yet you don't know how it feels to feel feelings
Cause being spoil is in your blood
And being numb to all emotions

Devotions on things that are unrealistic to achieve
at this time in our life

So when your friends turn to snakes
And they all want to flake
Cause schools over
But don't you think

Don't you breathe
Don't you lust
Don't you cry?!

Don't you try to f*****g lie

I will be your only true friend til the end
As these snakes rip out your bones and s***s feed you to sharks

Now that was intense. I starting out thinking this was just a rant but then at the end you offer undying support... not sure how but he should be so lucky
