Spreads across

His face

He offers up

An inkless pen

And

A parchment contract

Of

Hell

They take it

Graciously

They look

Not into his face

But hear his

Soothing voice

They believe him

To be

Their savior

They sign their name

The ink of

Their own

Blood

Seeps its

Authority

Into the contract

Their souls are

Bound to
