Lilith

Lilith

A Poem by revenant21

Cloudy skies

Storm overhead.

Demon Goddess

Lilith

Inside her world of storm

Her bare body

Hovers above

Creating all that is destructive

Her son, Tornado

Her daughter, Hurricane

Typhoon.

Her Killing Wind

Always at her side.

Demoness Lilith.

Creating destruction

Using her wind.

Her dress of snakes

Curl around her

Naked form

Hovering gallantly in the skies above.

The winds gently caress

Her pale form.

Her Killing Wind

Destrying coast

And that which lies behind them.

Killing Wind

Lilith.

You have a passion for the dark.. the conviction in your words speaks volumes. Quite a good poem as you easily pulled the reader into your serenade.
