TOMATO BEANS

TOMATO BEANS

A Poem by RETSWEL

Casting knife orally to induce wounds

Without blowing their own balloons,

Cut the tomato first to see its beans inside

Before casting the knife,

Let the ugly voice sings whenever and wherever it wants

You don’t have the power to halt the rays of the sun,

The rainbow is hidden over the clouds

You can barely see a coin in the middle of the crowd!

Stop going with the flood of the river

So unstoppable same as a no break rollercoaster

Until the grey skies drop a mysterious and heavy rain,

That’s hard to drain; it can induce an uncured pain,

Again, cut the tomato first to see its beans inside

Before casting the knife…

This was nicely written and unique. Of course, I'm not exactly sure what I'm supposed to get by this poem, but the words seemed to fit nicely and the imagery would take a few more, ah, disturbing routes. Whether or not that's what you intended, it's still a good write. Good one.
