Just have a moment to share, with something we commonly do... in the end we end up thinking the damage was done...

Words that come out to our mouth,

Where same words we are thinking

No matter how soft or even a shout

It really means something, and with feeling

 

Why keep on talking if we end up hurting

Why not stop and start thinking

What to say without hurting

When obviously you start on blaming

 

Blaming others what you must do

Searching mistakes that we can't undo

Don’t blame me if the fault is in you

Because nothing you can do but to face what is true

 

Inhale, exhale release those bad energy

So that blessings will be plenty

To be share by you and me
