dear mr. flowers.

dear mr. flowers.

A Poem by renea hanna.
"

a play on a personification with a simple question at the end.

"

what if i were to hold you
like a daisy
and pluck your eyelashes
as petals
plant your feet
into water
and watch your head
wilt to your knees
would you return to me
each spring?

Wow! I really liked that! It was short and to the point and had a powerful message. What I thought of when I read it are the relationships that we form with people and how if a relatioship is strong enough... even if at time things are horrible and we are treated like crap, we will come back and try to make things right.

This is really good, i got the message(for me) not to give up and to keep on loving what i'm doing! I'm rooted.

Well written.

That was really good! It think in tells the story of "How much would a person take, just to be with someone else."
The analogy is wonderful. I could easily image someone being planted. :)

Great Poem!
