This poem is about how you feel when someone hurts you ...

Because of you.

Because of you,

I Don't see potential in myself.

Because of you,

I cry every single night.

Because of you,

I'm scared to love and lose.

Because of you,

I blame myself for everything.

Because of you,

I try to be perfect even if its a myth.

You hurt me,

But Because of you

I am me.

These words are so beautiful. I cannot seem to get enough poetry on this site and you just became one of my favorite poets on here. The way this poem is written reminds me of song lyrics, but much more concise and meaningful. Please, keep up the amazing work.
