Happy Birthday Dad

this is a poem i wrote for my dad on his birthday of 2014. He passed in 2011 so this is my way of telling him in heaven happy birthday

It's my dad's birthday,but he's not here.

He is in heaven spending his birthday with

everyone there.

I'm missing my dad so very much wish I could

tell him I love him and spend time talking with 

him.

But I know that he ain't in pain and I know that he is happy.

I know my dad misses us and is always looking down on us.

My dad was my best friend and the best dad in this world.

I could not have asked for a more loving,caring,dad in all

the world. Happy Birthday Dad from your baby girl!
