First Kiss(:

First Kiss(:

A Poem by A

It was a beautiful night under the stars. The night that began it all.

He looked over at me with his light blue eyes and his dark shaggy hair. I smiled not wanting to be anywhere but there. I had an idea earlier that tonight may be the night. I had a butterflies in my stomach beyond belief. I had borrowed my friend’s lipgloss, freshened my breath, and tried to calm the butterflies. I tried to contain my excitement, keep my cool as he put his arm around me! We laid down together at the bow of the boat. The boat swayed back and forth each star glistened brighter than the other. he looked directly into my eyes and leaned in. He brought his lips to mine. My eyes fluttered shut and my insides exploded. Fireworks throughout my whole being rang through. Then among my thoughts I got nervous, what if I was doing this wrong? He didn’t seem to mind. He guided me through, so gentle, so sweet. When we pulled away I couldn’t stop smiling. I loved kissing. It was exciting and I wanted more. I was addicted!
