Believing can be scary

Believing can be scary

A Poem by A

Do you believe in fate?

Do you think about me as I think of you?

Do you feel or dream of the days we can spend

Intertwined in each other’s arms?

Whether you believe it or not

I’ve given all myself to you

All mental and emotional

I have invested in you

When I see you, I’m whole

When I hear your name,

I feel as though

I can’t contain my smile

I’m a jar of smile

Of laughter

Of happiness

Can I say you make me happy?

I’m scared

I feel so fast

I’m still falling

I trust you’ll be there

To catch me

But sometimes I

Wonder

If this is as

Real to you

As it is to me…

It reminds me of that game where you cross your arms and fall back and the person is supposed to catch you. (I was dropped a few times. I don't play anymore. =P) But yeah, I'd never really thought of love like that game before I read this. But it's true. The right one...will catch you. The rest will get distracted and let you fall.
