Pieces to him

Pieces to him

A Poem by A

I want him to know

Every time he brushed his fingers along my face

A part of me that lay dormant, a part I never knew I had

Erupted, came alive

When he held me in his arms

I felt what I had longed for since the day I became alone

Everytime his lips caressed mine

I felt

       a love

       a want

       a need

I needed him

To breathe

To feel

To smile

To sparkle

I need him

To make me whole

Could it be?

That I have been broken in a million pieces

Waiting

For someone

To take the time

To look

To piece me together

Did he know he made me?

A whole puzzle

A whole enigma

Does he know?

You really give the reality in your work... all out with the emotions and the word arrangement adds to the write... Expressive... indeed...
